Terms, Privacy & Accessibility

Terms of Service

Charters are private trips for up to six guests, weather and tide permitting. Booking requests are confirmed by phone or email. Cancellation, deposit, and weather policies are provided at booking confirmation. Questions: (305) 923-5941.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what you send us in a booking request (name, contact details, trip preferences) and use it solely to arrange your charter. We use basic visit analytics; no advertising profile is built. We do not sell or share your information. To have your details removed, call (305) 923-5941 or send a note through the contact form.

Accessibility

This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigable, screen-reader friendly, with sufficient contrast throughout. If anything on the site is hard to use, call (305) 923-5941 or use the contact form and we will help directly and fix the issue.
